Our Traditions Worship begins at 11:00 a.m. in the Family Life Center. This worship setting uses the formal liturgy of the United Methodist Church of today, with hymns and songs from the United Methodist Hymnal and The Faith We Sing Hymnal. Traditions uses modern media for hymns as well as liturgy, yet allows for those who wish to use hymnals to continue to do so. This instrumentation for music is primarily organ and piano, with our Traditions Choir providing special music. Traditions also shares presentations from our Children’s Choir and Handbells and our Joyful Ringers Handbells. Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of the month. There is a children’s moment in the beginning of worship and then children may go to Children’s Worship in the Children’s Area or remain in the service. Nursery care is available in the Children's Area for 5-year-olds and younger.
