· VBS needs cookies!!!  These cookies should NOT have icing or include any peanut products. 
Approximately 150 children are expected and cookies will be needed for five days.  If you would like to provide cookies, please contact BILLIE HUFFMAN, 936/890-9581, or the Church Office, 936/856-2233.

· Volunteers are needed to help with Vacation Bible School.  Call DANA JORDY at 936/856-5165, if you can help out.  Camping equipment items and small artificial Christmas trees are needed for decorating, so if you have some you can loan, please let DANA know.

· Mark these dates for two special worship services:  July 26—”Christmas in July” and August 23-Hawaiian Theme Service with a barbeque following the service.  Check the weekly bulletins for more information.

· Choir rehearsals will be held on July 2nd and August 13th and 20th, with regular rehearsals resuming September 3rd.

· UMW will resume regular meetings on August 11th, and the Pie Party at Willis Convalescent Center will be on August 14th.
