SCHOOL SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION—AUGUST 15 

Summer time equals school supply time.  Our Church buys and distributes starter sets of school supplies for Willis children.  Monetary contributions are needed (make checks out to the Church) so the supplies can be bought on sale. 

Volunteers are needed to help bag the supplies for the different grade levels on Monday, August 10th, from 9:30-11:30 a.m., and Tuesday, August 11th, from 1:00-3:00 p.m.  Volunteers are also to help on the 15th, from 8:00-11:30 a.m., when the bags are distributed. 

Last year, over 350 children received a starter set of school supplies, and the goal this year is 400.  This year, the state of the economy will make this opportunity to share God’s love with our neighbors in Willis more important than ever!  Call JEAN BURNS at 936/890-9658, if you can help on any of these days.
